#143 The Busy Woman‘s Guide to Stress Less with Dr. Valerie Hertzog
Our guest today, Dr. Valerie Hertzog, is an MD, wellness coach and mom of three young kids. Her mission is to inspire and empower ambitious women to prioritize their health and wellbeing so they can thrive!
Valerie completed her medical training at the University of Toronto and the University of Ottawa. She practices preventative medicine and offer counseling to patients to help them achieve their lifestyle medicine goals.
Dr Valerie believes in the importance of a whole-person approach to health. She has completed training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, lifestyle medicine and nutrition. And has also completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.
As a wellness coach, she guides women to identify what matters most to them, improve their overall health and wellbeing, work on specific health goals, manage their stress, develop a self care routine and find their own sense of balance.
