#222 Gardening for Self-Care with Rebecca Lyons

Rebecca Lyons is a mom of three from Ireland, with a career of 25 years in financial and commercial roles in industry. After trying just about every idea from juicing to journaling to keep my frazzled head above water, she eventually came back to gardening, which she had loved as a kid.

Now, having reaped the benefits in wellness and beauty of getting her own garden in order, Rebecca’s on a mission to spread the love. She would like to inspire women running out of rope everywhere to find the joy in getting her hands dirty and then sitting back to enjoy smelling the roses.

Rebecca runs a free online FB group and do 1-2-1 video garden consultations and workshops. She also gives talks to other wellness audiences about how gardening can play a big role in self-care.
